Wow. So the Porter Rico has become an amazingly good beer. It's approximately a month and a week since bottling... and it has matured so, so well. I really regret that we drank so many when it was only kinda good. I have 18 left, 5 of which are spoken for.... so I have to really ration these last few carefully. But man is it delicious. Today Naomi got to try it for the first time, and got to see what she was instrumental in helping me create. She liked it : )
I'm going to start my IPA this coming weekend. Will start brainstorming a name.
